The project goals

The primary goal of the project is to sustainably improve the employment of severely disabled women with HFA/AS on the general labor market.

This results in the following sub-goals:

​

• Gaining knowledge of the situation of severely disabled autistic women with HFA/AS in the context of training, support and participation in working life, with special consideration of the different diagnoses in childhood and adulthood.

​

• Gaining knowledge about the importance and compatibility of work with family or other tasks.

​

• Gaining knowledge about the chances of digitization for a self-determined professional activity of autistic women with HFA/AS.

​

• Examination of the suitability and further development of a range of services

​

• Sensitizing social and rehabilitation facilities and services to the needs of autistic women with HFA/AS.
