The Goals

The primary goal of the project is to sustainably improve the employment of severely disabled people with autism on the general labor market. That's what it's all about in detail

 

• to explore the existing reservations and resistance in companies and companies that prevent the employment of people with autism (barriers in the sense of the bio-psycho-social health model of the ICF)
   

• To gain knowledge about effective ways of placing and supporting young people who have already been trained and
   

• To create incentives for companies to take up employment, to develop new and efficient measures and to research and design suitable framework conditions for the stabilization of employment relationships (support factors)
